The ill Photos of Denis Grzetic
Despite the excellent appearance of the work of 44-year-old Croatian artist Denis Grzetic’s photographs, he is surprisingly an amateur photographer.
His work entails a great deal of black and white prints of scenery that seems almost other-worldly, bringing out one of the primary essences of the photograph: within the light painted by Grzetic lays an image, from an almost unattainable time, that radiates what once may have been in this world.
He exemplifies an excellent play with shades of grey; depth of field. If one had to sum up his title in one word, it would be explorer.
