Adam Gildar interviewing John Famiglietti and Benjamin Jared Miller of HEALTH in Tent City
Adam, Sander, Sarah Slater & I ventured down to the splendorific Monterrey, Mexico for their inaugral all ages music festival Todd P and Yo Garage put on. It was fan fucking tastic. The moment I woke up on the Greyound bus at 7 am I fell in love with the city and it's people. There was not a moment I felt endangered other than when I wanted to spend all of my money on buying the local designer's clothing. Then I wouldn't be able to get home - except that would have been ok too because this guy Ernesto said he would adopt me. Anywho, look out for a more in depth write up from Adam, here is just a taste of the street fashion . . .

Esteban Aldrete, Anajose` Aldrete and Pia Camil of El Resplandor waiting for the shuttle to the festival. I loved her boots, and both of the womens style. They both carried themselves so gracefully and all of them were talented musicians.

Grecia, Daniel & Ana of Prisma "handmade stuff" were vending their goods at the festival. I loved how Grecia rocked the bald head. Yah!

I really liked Stephanie's pineapple shorts and how she rocked the bruised legs. Later I found out she was in this awesome all female band called The Coathangers that blew my face off. Her bruises are from banging the tambourine on her leg so awesomely. My favorite part of their set was when they kept switching instruments.

Nadya Wasylko of Dazed & Confused Digital got fancy by putting gel colors on her camera. I wonder how the pictures turned out...

This girl bought a dress from Roxy Love (pictured below). The boobs underneath the bib is KEY. Spot on awesomeness.

This is Roxy Love. She made a tent (notice the New Kids on the Block sheets) and would photograph every happy customer that bought one of her fashions.

Lazaro Valiente and Elvira. These lovers made me want to abandon clothing altogether and frolick around in space suits.

Rob from High Places, Buddy, and Dan Deacon
Quadruple Cupping It Up Was VERY in style at the fest.

These purses were awesome. E.mail gabrielack@gmail to order one! Friends with Bobab.

This is the fashionisa behind Oh! Sullivan. I bought a fantastic red upcycled sweatshirt with zebra's on it I've been getting LOTS of compliments on. SHe made her awesome pocket suspender's. She's amazing.

I really wanted to buy this dress from her.

Buddy's new friend Joey, sporting a Circle Jerks shirt. Reminded me of Cycle Jerks. :)

I loved Jocelyn's style. I noticed her the first night wearing these white & black tie dyed jeans. Love the dreads mixed with the pink stripe. She had a pony & a unicorn around the hill she hadn't been telling Sander about.
